Service Description

Clinical Climb provides educational and consulting services, including digital course access, live coaching calls, strategic guidance, and proprietary training materials for dental professionals. Services are delivered digitally and/or via scheduled calls based on the program selected at enrolment.

Refund Policy

All payments made to Clinical Climb are non-refundable.

Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, coaching access, and proprietary materials, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or chargebacks under any circumstances, including early termination, unused services, or dissatisfaction with results.

Service Delivery

Digital course access is typically provided within 24 hours of successful payment.

Coaching calls and program access are delivered according to the selected program tier and scheduled availability.

Program durations and inclusions are disclosed at checkout.

Delays: While we aim to meet all deadlines, clients acknowledge that delays may occur due to external factors or incomplete information provided to us. Any delays will be communicated transparently.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may discontinue participation at any time; however, no refunds or credits will be issued for any payments made. Access to services continues for the duration of the paid term unless otherwise stated.

Dispute Resolution

Clients are encouraged to contact Clinical Climb directly with any concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute. By purchasing, the client acknowledges authorization of all charges in accordance with this policy.

We adhere strictly to Stripe’s prohibited and restricted businesses policy. All lead generation campaigns are designed to comply with ethical standards, and we actively vet campaigns to avoid any misleading, fraudulent, or non-compliant practices.
